Note
that the submission deadline is August 4th, 2008 (Firm deadline). Please
kindly adhere to the page limits and the submission deadline. The
submission site is ready, and early submissions are encouraged. The
copyright form must also be sent before this deadline.
Note
that at least ONE of the authors of each accepted paper must attend the
conference to present his/her paper in Vancouver. The author registration
deadline is August 25th, 2008. Registration form will be soon posted on
the web site.
